Winner of South Africa's Outsourcer of the Year Award for the second year in a row

Direct Channel Holdings, one of South Africa's fastest growing call centre outsource services companies, has again taken the honours at the BPeSA national call centre awards by scooping the Best BPO / Contact Centre Award. This is the second year in a row that Direct Channel Holdings has won this national award, having already won in the same category at the regional ContactinGauteng awards held earlier this year. The accolade adds to several the company has won over the past four years, and is testimony of DCH's ongoing commitment to maintaining high standards and delivering service excellence within the call centre industry in South Africa. DCH's successful track record has gained the company credibility and the respect of peers and clients alike.

Says CEO Suleman Shaik, ''We are delighted to have won again this year. This award confirms that we are on the right track to raise the bar for call centre customer service in South Africa, but it is truly an acknowledgement of the passion and dedication of our people who deliver the results to our customers every day''.

Winners of this year's BPeSA awards will for the first time be eligible to enter into a number of international industry awards as a result of South Africa's successful efforts to establish strong international affiliations ties with counterpart industry associations in the Europe and the US in particular.
